The United Nations Security Council holds a meeting upon Russia's request in New York, to address Western weapons deliveries to Ukraine on Thursday, October 31.

Vassily Nebenzia, Russia’s representative to the UN, is scheduled to speak.

The discussion follows extensive arms deliveries from Western nations since the conflict began in February 2022, with the US, EU and others sending tens of billions of euros in weaponry and other support.
