Tottenham Hotspurs manager Mauricio Pochettino and player Heung-min Son both spoke out against racism in football during a press conference in London on Monday.

Pochettino said that he witnessed racism during his time as a player in Argentina, France and Spain, and that it "is a thing that I hate and I am going to try to do stop that. All that is in my hands."

He went on to say that it is not just a football problem, rather "a thing that is in our society, and it's a thing that we need to fight and be all together and try to stop that happening again."

When asked about players walking off the pitch when they experience racism, South Korean Son said that he has experienced racism as a player in England, but he thinks "the best reaction is don't react anything you know, I think it's the best way."

The pair were speaking ahead of team's Champions League quarterfinal with Manchester City in London on Tuesday.
