Heads of State and Government, as well as hundreds of delegates from the 21 member economies across the Asia-Pacific region, are gathered for the two-day meeting.
On the footage Prayut Chan-o-Cha greeting politicians arrived for the dinner. Shots also show the summit performance and the launching ceremony of the krathongs, small flower rafts.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Joe Biden were not attending the event.
