Philonise Floyd said the murder of his brother George Floyd was a "modern-day execution" in an interview with the OHCHR in Geneva, Monday.
"And the pain that I went through, it was horrific because it was like a motion cinema picture watching my brother passed away. He was tortured to death and I'm talking about in broad daylight, this was a modern-day execution and it was a lynching that shouldn't have never happened," he said.
