According to the press service of the 'Games of the Future,' artificial intelligence contributed to the opening ceremony, with the event including predictions for eight domains of the future world: cities and urbanisation, robotisation, education, medical and biotechnology, agriculture and ecology, space exploration, transport, and energy.
The performance was attended by the presidents of Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan - Vladimir Putin, Alexander Lukashenko, Emomali Rahmon, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Sadyr Japarov, and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The 'Games of the Future' is the first ever phygital sports show to combine physical and digital competition, through 'real-life' sports and e-sports.
The tournament will be held in Kazan from 21 February to 3 March. Around 2,000 people are expected to take part in the competition.
