Footage shows hundreds of people standing on the embankment and watching the concert from afar. Celebration participants with Russian flags and Victory Banners were also seen on the footage.

According to the Estonian National Television and Radio Broadcasting company, several thousand people gathered near the Narva River, with police officers patrolling the embankment.
