16th BRICS Summit in Kazan: day 2

The BRICS Summit continues for its second day in Kazan on Wednesday, October 23.

The programme is expected to include both narrow and extended sessions, as well as bilateral meetings between Russian President Putin and the leaders of Iran, Ethiopia, Turkey and others. A gala reception will also be held.

More than 20 world leaders and over 30 delegations have gathered for the 16th BRICS Summit, one of the major economic, political and cultural events of the decade.

The leaders of Russia, China, India and South Africa are among those attending.
