Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov holds talks with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Bui Thanh Son, at the Reception House of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday, April 2.
Lavrov visited Vietnam last July, where he also held talks with Bui Thanh Son and met with the country's top leadership.
