US President Joe Biden described Donald Trump as a 'failed businessman' and claimed the Republican candidate 'doesn't have any idea what the hell he is doing' as he addressed the Congressional Hispanic Caucus in DC on Thursday.

"He says he has a concept of a plan, that he has the concept of a plan, concept of a plan to replace the Affordable Care Act. He's been trying to defeat it 50 times. He doesn't have any idea what the hell he is doing except trying to be the president," Biden claimed.

"His [Trump's] mismanagement of the pandemic devastated the Latino community," the incumbent alleged. "Trump is a failed businessman, he drove of Latino unemployment and decimated Latino small businesses. His attacks on legal immigration betray what we stand for as a nation."

He also claimed that "Trump and extreme MAGA officials have an agenda, something they call, as you all know, Project 2025. At the top of that list, and he means it, is the deportation of over 11 million people."

The Republican candidate has said he plans to deport undocumented migrants, thought to number around 11 million. Trump says he has nothing to do with Project 2025, described as a so-called 'conservative blueprint' for the presidency and published by the Heritage Foundation think tank.

“I disagree with some of the things they’re saying and some of the things they’re saying are absolutely ridiculous and abysmal," he stated on his Truth Social platform.

Biden quit the presidential race following a number of high-profile gaffes and concerns about his health among commentators and analysts. Trump described his replacement on the ticket as a 'coup' against the president by Democrats.
