    US President-elect Joe Biden said he would meet with US President Donald Trump 'if he asked,' as he was leaving the Queen theatre venue in Wilmington, alongside his wife Jill Biden, after announcing his cabinet picks, on Tuesday.

    As Biden was leaving the building, a journalist quizzed him on whether he would meet Trump, to which he replied: "Of course I would if he asked."

    Biden's cabinet features former deputy secretary of state Antony Blinken as US Secretary of state and former Secretary of State John Kerry as climate envoy, among others.
