The panel investigating the insurrection showed footage of the events and clips with testimonies of rioters, while interviewing police officers involved in the incident.
Rioters stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021, while Congress was certifying Joe Biden’s election victory over Donald Trump. Four rioters died during the event, and a police officer died of natural causes in his office hours later.
