Tensions arose during a rally held by supporters of US President Donald Trump in Salem, Oregon, on Saturday, as part of a nationwide 'Stop the Steal' campaign.

Trump supporters and alleged members of Proud Boys were seen taking away a sign from a counter-protester, before pushing him and punching him.

Supporters of Trump were also seen stopping a car belonging to a counter-protester and pounding the vehicle.

In another instance, rally-goers shoved a member of the press they accused of being Antifa.

According to reports, the Oregon State Police made two arrests on Saturday as protesters rallied by the state Capitol building in the aftermath of the announcement of Democratic nominee Joe Biden's victory in the presidential election.
