Football fans celebrated the Argentinian national team's 6-0 victory against Bolivia in the 2026 World Cup qualifying match in Buenos Aires on Tuesday.

Argentina fans were seen cheering and singing while waving the national flag as they left the Estadio Mas Monumental. Ahead of the match, fans were also seen preparing for the game with some musical performances. Some were also spotted booing the Bolivian team's bus.

"I noticed that they are hungry to keep winning. We already won, we are two-time champions of America but I think they still have a lot to keep advancing, there are a lot of new players, there is a lot left," one fan said.

Fans also praised the work of the team's manager Lionel Scaloni, acknowledging him for making the 'best [team] selection in history'.

"Scaloni has an eye that sees kids," explained another fan. "I don't know where he gets these players from, the level of the team doesn't drop, I think it will have even more level."

"Hunger for glory for me, just keep going, keep going. I think that Scaloni came in as an unknown and won the Copa America, the World Cup, back to the Copa America - it's incredible," a third added.

The Argentinian manager reached his 80th game in charge, surpassing the record set by Carlos Bilardo and Cesar Menotti.

Meanwhile, Bolivians expressed hope before the match, with some praising their team for improving 'little by little'.

"Let them continue to put in what they're putting in: a lot of desire, a lot of faith and above all, a lot of confidence in the kids that we see are a team of very young kids, who are giving everything for Bolivia," a fan said.

Argentinian star Lionel Messi scored a hattrick in what was only his second international appearance since his recovery from a July ankle injury incurred during the Copa America. Next, Argentina is set to play against Paraguay on November 15.
