Description

A second oil tanker from Iran arrived in Venezuela's largest refinery, the Paraguana refinery complex, in Falcon state, on Tuesday.

The tanker, Forest, was welcomed by authorities and staff of Punta Cardon port, who were seen waving Iranian and Venezuelan flags.

'Forest' is the second of five oil tankers travelling from Iran to deliver gasoline to Venezuela.

Venezuela experiences difficulties with the supply of gasoline due to sanctions unilaterally imposed by the United States in an attempt to put pressure on the government of Nicolas Maduro.

On Tuesday, President Maduro thanked Iran for sending the oil-laden vessels.
