Description

Famous impersonators of DPRK leader Kim Jong Un and former US President Donald Trump caught the attention of Parisians on Sunday as they made a surprise appearance along the iconic Champs Elysee, two days after the Olympic Games Paris 2024 opening ceremony.

Footage shows the two doppelgangers, whose real names are 'Howard X' (Kim Jong Un lookalike) and Dennis Alan (Trump), greeting locals and cracking jokes as they visited several locations, including the Brongniart Palace, home to Team USA.

"Hey Donald, so is this your house?" Howard X is heard asking his fellow impersonator. "Are you sure they will let me in?"

"Well, I don't know if they'll let you out," Alan replied.

Previously, doppelgangers of Kim Jong Un, Donald Trump, and Vladimir Putin were spotted among spectators during the official Olympics opening ceremony held last Friday (July 26).

'Trump' promised to 'invite Vladimir Putin' to the next Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles if he wins November's presidential election. Meanwhile, 'Kim Jong Un' insisted that China's Xi Jinping should be invited and vowed to 'take over the world'.

The 2024 Olympic Games takes place in Paris from July 26 to August 11, marking the third time the French capital has hosted the Summer Olympics, following the 1900 and 1924 games.

A number of rows have already engulfed the Games. As well as heavy rain during the Opening Ceremony, the first event was marred by religious controversy over the apparent recreation of Leonardo da Vinci's 'Last Supper' with dancers and drag queens - as well as an upside down Olympic flag and the introduction of South Korea's athletes as the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea (DPRK).

On Friday, chaos also hit the railway network across France, which the authorities blamed on 'malicious' arson attacks.
