The Polish Ministry of Defence have published video on Saturday, they say show Belarussian troops arriving at the border with Poland, amid fears of a worsening situation.
Nine migrants have died at the border, according to Polish police. A Syrian boy was found on Saturday, just a few days after a 14-year-old died of hypothermia due to the freezing conditions.
It is estimated between 4-5,000 migrants are stranded at the border.
Tensions between the EU and Belarus have been escalating in recent months, with the EU accusing Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko of deliberately sending migrants to the border in response to sanctions imposed by the EU.
Earlier Lukashenko had stated that he would weaken control over migration at the borders with Western countries.
