Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met with the foreign ministers of France and Turkey in Rome on Saturday. The meetings took place on the sidelines of the G20 summit held in the Italian capital.

Lavrov and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed the '3+3' format for conflict settlement in the South Caucasus, as well as possible joint measures to stabilise the situation in the Balkans and Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry's press service.

Lavrov also met French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian. The ministers discussed the development of bilateral relations in the political, economic, legal, cultural, and humanitarian spheres. They touched upon the current situation in the south-east of Ukraine, around Libya, Mali, as well as international efforts to restart the JCPOA
