US President Donald Trump addressed the nation, repeating the allegations, that the US presidential elections were 'rigged,' Washington DC, Wednesday.

"The Democrats had this election rigged right from the beginning. They used the pandemic - sometimes referred to as "the China virus", where it originated, - as an excuse to mail out tens of millions of ballots, which ultimately led to a big part of the fraud. A fraud that the whole world is watching," he stressed, adding that "there is no one happier right now than China."

He said, that "as president, I have no higher duty than to defend the laws and Constitution of the United States. That is why I am determined to protect our election system, which is now under coordinated assault and siege."

Trump has alleged widespread voter fraud following the election results, with his lawyers launching a series of court cases in an attempt to scrutinise the results. They have yet to show substantial evidence of voter fraud.
