Supporters of President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro marched on the streets of Caracas on Sunday to mark three years since the self-proclamation of the opposition leader Juan Guaido as interim president in 2019.
Maduro later addressed his supporters in front of the Miraflores presidential palace where he said, "Three years ago a move was attempted to impose a puppet on Venezuela, and three years later I say, where is Donald Trump's puppet, where is the puppet of imperialism, and I also say, where are the people of Venezuela? The people are in front of Miraflores, they are in political power."
Sunday also marked the 64th anniversary of the 1958 Venezuelan coup.
