Members of the environmental activism group Extinction Rebellion could be seen standing on top of the building entrance, with banners unfurled reading 'Your business costs the earth'.
The activists then put on a rock music performance, before authorities arrived to arrest them.
"[The Chamber of Commerce] place profits over people and they're contributing heavily to the climate crisis which is tremendously affecting indigenous, black and brown communities and we have to stand up," said activist Kash.
The group has called on businesses who have pledged to lessen their environmental impact to cut ties with the Chamber of Commerce, which is affiliated with all major US oil companies.
