Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that the state is going to 'withstand' the pressure caused by its refusal to join the sanctions against Russia, speaking at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly in New York on Friday.
"You know, it's all certainly a lot of pressure, but so far we're going to withstand it all", Vucic said in response to a question about the possibility of Serbia imposing sanctions on Russia.
The high-level week of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly runs on September 20-26.
