Fans of the English and Norwegian women's football teams geared up in the centre of Le Havre on Thursday, ahead of their teams quarter final clash at the Women's World Cup.

England supporters gathered in the streets, wearing red and white, waving flags and singing. Many painted their faces and posed for photographs outside Stade Oceane.

A few Norwegian supporters were also spotted taking selfies.

Jill Scott, Ellen White and Lucy Bronze led England to a 3-0 win, reaching their second consecutive Women's World Cup semi-final.

The Lionesses will face the winner of Friday's match between France, the hosts, and the US, the tournament favourites, on July 2, at Parc Olympique Lyonnais.
