We are not answered to the expectations of the handicapped aid that is at 900 euros ($1,094), why not at 1,200 ($1,460) euros?" asked Jean Christian Valentin, a yellow vest protester.
The protest, heavily guarded by riot police, came days after a local court granted 30,000 euros in compensation to Manuel Coisne, a yellow vest activist who had his eye injured in the French capital in November 2019.
