Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov arrived at the French Foreign Ministry in Paris, Thursday, ahead of the latest round of 'Normandy Four' format negotiations on the Ukraine peace process.

The Russian diplomat was greeted by French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault at the door of the ministry. Shortly after Lavrov's entrance, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier and his Ukrainian counterpart Pavlo Klimkin arrived at the ministry.

The ministers are set to discuss the implementation of the Minsk peace agreements and the situation in south-eastern Ukraine, with special focus on issues such as security, prisoner exchange and elections in the Donbass area.
