Roscosmos staff welcomed the international crew of the Soyuz MS-24 manned spacecraft, which undocked from the ISS and returned to Earth on Saturday.
The footage shows employees of the state corporation helping the crew members to disembark the spacecraft. The video also shows Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky, Belarusian mission participant Marina Vasilevskaya and American astronaut Loral O'Hara sitting on armchairs surrounded by journalists.
According to Roscosmos, the spacecraft landed at 10:17 Moscow time (07:17 GMT) near the Kazakh city of Zhezkazgan. The spacecraft's descent from orbit and return to Earth went smoothly.
Novitsky and Vasilevskaya spent 14 days in orbit as part of a visiting expedition, while O'Hara has been at the station for 204 days. Vasilevskaya and O'Hara were in space for the first time in their careers.
Although relations between the Washington and Moscow have been strained over Russia’s military offensive in Ukraine, the two nations continue to work together in space, jointly operating the ISS.
