    BRICS leaders and heads of delegations, as well as those from partner countries, arrive in Kazan to participate in the 16th Summit on Tuesday, October 22.

    According to Moscow, 36 countries have confirmed their participation, including the leaders of China, India and South Africa.

    A BRICS outreach summit with the heads of member states and leaders of the executive structures of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Shanghai Co-operation Organisation will also take place.
