Description

The sons of American rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs arrived at the Manhattan court on Wednesday to attend their father's appeal hearing after the judge refused to grant him bail and ordered the hip-hop mogul to remain in custody.

Footage shows the group getting out of the black SUV and making their way to the court, while media crews were seen gathering outside. Police were also deployed at the scene.

Diddy had pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy in court on Tuesday, while judges decided that he should remain behind bars as prosecutors argued he was a 'serious risk of flight.'

Diddy's lawyers reportedly proposed a 50-million USD (45 mln EUR) bail to put him in home detention while awaiting trial, which was eventually disagreed by the judge on Tuesday's hearing.

The singer would stay in jail pending his trial. If convicted on all charges he could face between 15 years and life in prison. He was arrested in the city on Monday, six months after the authorities raided two of his homes.

The rapper is due back in court on October 9.
