President of the National Constituent Assembly Diosdado Cabello addressed the crowd and said: "misters of US, we will tell you again, who govern in the United States, the chiefs of imperialism here in Venezuela, in the Bolivarian homeland, there is only one president named Nicolas Maduro Moros."
