Description

Thousands protested the G20 summit, accusing world leaders of inaction on climate change, in Rome on Saturday.

“Today is the G20, where the most powerful in the world are. They have promised us for years to make a difference, change, reduce emissions. But it has been shown that they have not changed anything. It's all a great 'blablabla'. The world continues to die”, said protester Maria Sole Malta.

"The answers they have been giving for thirty or forty years have shown that this economic system and this development system is incompatible with the well-being of people and the good on Earth”, another protester Nicola Bordrotti said.

People were seen holding flares and banners, with messages against the summit.
