The 19th edition of the Mawazine Music Festival kicked off in Morocco's capital city of Rabat on Friday following a four-year COVID-19 hiatus.
Footage shows attendees enjoying the event's opening day concert with Egyptian singer Angham performing on stage with live orchestra.
"Today, I am happy that Mawazine is back after a four-year hiatus. I am also happy that I am attending the concert by Angham, a singer I have loved since I was a child. We were looking forward to this event taking place in June each year," said an attendee Hanan.
Organised by the Maroc Cultures Association Mawazine Music Festival will continue until June 29.
