Hundreds of football fans flocked to the Q2 Stadium in Austin on Sunday to settle for the clash between Jamaica and Venezuela in the final fixture of group B in Copa America 2024.

Footage shows fans gathering outside the match venue, dancing and chanting for their favoured sides, before heading into the stadium and cheering on the stands.

"We feel spectacular, we already know that if we win today, we are first, we face Canada. Let's go for the Canadians and up we go Venezuela," shared a Venezuelan fan.

Jamaican supporters also expressed their excitement for the game, despite seemingly 'outnumbered' by the Venezuelan fans.

"We're very excited to be here representing Jamaica. I know there's not going to be a lot of us, but hey we're going to be in the stadium," said a Jamaican supporter.

Goals from Eduard Bello, Salomon Rondon and Eric Ramirez helped 'La Vinotinto' clinch the 3-0 victory, securing their top spot in group B with nine points and advancing to the quarterfinals while Jamaica left the tournament with zero points in last place. Mexico was also eliminated from the competition, while Ecuador booked the second ticket to the next round besides Venezuela in the group.

Venezuela will face group A's second-place Canada in the quarterfinals on July 6 in Arlington's AT&T Stadium.
