US President Joe Biden reacted to the 22.5-year sentence of Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer convicted of murdering George Floyd, calling it 'appropriate' during a meeting at the White House, on Friday.
"I don't know all the circumstances that were considered, but it seems to me, under the guidelines, that seems to be appropriate," he said upon learning of the sentence from the media.
