"We have .. different kinds of hearing aids behind the ear and inside the ear," explained Samuel Mohamed from WIDEX."Our latest one is this new one, the SmartReck, which is as you can see very small one."

"Our owner is a wheelchair user himself where we get a lot of key insights and experience because he travels all around the world and tries his best to get the latest technologies," said Zaher Mohamed from ABILITY LIFE. "We have an off-road electric wheelchair that can dune bash, can go on water, on grass, off-road and this thing is a beast."

The expo runs until October 9, featuring 250 exhibitors and rehabilitation centres from 50 countries. Its patron is Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, who noted that "the UAE has achieved countless accomplishments in empowering and integrating people of determination through legislation, policies, and programmes that ensure equal opportunities for social inclusion."
