They are also shown carrying Ahmed Elgendy - who took gold in the Modern Pentathlon - and cheering weightlifter Sarah Samir, the silver medalist in the 81kg category. Samir's triumph came after her bronze in the 69kg category at Rio in 2016.
Buses can also be seen transporting the athletes and their families through the streets. Egypt's third medal, a bronze in the fencing, was won by 21-year-old Mohamed Elsayed.
