Description

Victims of an alleged IDF strike on the Al-Mawasi area in Khan Younis were brought to Nasser Medical Complex on Saturday following reports of the consecutive launch of 5 missiles into a ‘crowded area of displaced persons’ by Israeli warplanes, according to the Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA).

The footage shows ambulances and civilian vehicles arriving at the hospital as paramedics carry the victims inside.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said that at least 71 people were killed and 289 injured by the Israeli bombardment this morning, noting that the death toll is likely to rise with people still trapped under the rubble and in locations where rescuers are unable to reach.

The Hamas-Israel war erupted after Hamas launched an unprecedented attack on southern Israel on October 7, killing 1,139 people, mostly civilians, and kidnapping over 200, according to Israeli officials.

In the enclave, the IDF launched a large-scale campaign of airstrikes and ground incursions, killing 38,443 Palestinians and injuring 88,481 others as of the time of publication.
