Footage shows the enormous steel towers peeking out from the mist as cars pass over the iconic suspension bridge which spans the Bosphorus Strait.
The Turkish General Directorate of Coastal Safety said, "Ship traffic has been suspended in both directions in the Bosphorus Strait due to heavy fog."
