While posing for a photo surrounded by the Italian politicians and their wives Laura Mattarella and Serena Draghi, Johnson listed the Capitoline, the Quirinal, the Viminal, the Esquiline, the Aventine and the Palatine hill, but struggled to name the last one, the Caelian hill.
The current G20 meeting, is due to finish on Sunday.
