A memorial service was held at the University of Tehran on Saturday in advance of the anniversary of the assassination of General Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis by the US drone attack that was responsible for their deaths last year.
The conference was organised by the Tehran Student Basij.
"All the trust of this system is on the people and the people are standing on their feet and resisting," said Supreme Leader Representative at Tehran University Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad Mahdi Karami.
"Mr. Biden is no different from Trump, and we continue to pursue a vendetta against the US government, and we will not rest until we take revenge on them," said university student Mohadeseh Enayati.
Soleimani was killed by US drone strike at Baghdad airport on January 3 2020. US President Donald Trump authorised the strike.
