Description

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived at 10 Downing Street in London to meet with his UK counterpart Boris Johnson on Thursday.

Johnson is expected to meet back to back with Netanyahu and US Vice President Mike Pence. Netanyahu, who cancelled a scheduled trip to India ahead of the Israeli general elections, travelled to London for a surprise visit, where he is also reportedly expected to meet with US defence secretary, Mark Esper.

Johnson's meetings are taking place two days after his loss of parliamentary majority, when UK MPs voted to take control of parliamentary business to pass legislation aimed at preventing a no-deal Brexit.
