British expats will be allowed to the stadium with proof of their residence outside of the UK.
"I expect if to be heavily Ukrainian tonight, I feel a lot of Ukrainian, Eastern Europeans are going to come to Italy since they are allowed to. It's going to make it tougher for the English fans, that may be here, and the English team, you know, to play in a stadium that's not heavily British. But i think they're going to overcome that," stated an English national football team fan from Malta.
British residents who will come to Italy despite the ban will be fined up to £2,500.
