Leader of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe and Chief Brexit Co-Ordinator in the European Parliament, Guy Verhofstadt, cast his vote in the European Parliamentary elections in Brussels on Sunday.
Speaking to journalist about the future priorities and challenges of the European Parliament, Verhofstadt said the aim was to "reform and renew Europe the fastest [way] possible."
The European parliamentary elections take place between 23-26 May and will see around 400 million people from 28 member states elect a total of 751 Members of the European Parliament.
