"There are a lot of people here, and they come from many different backgrounds. Over there, you can see displays for equipment, as well as technical training, and there are also displays of hotpot base ingredients and various food items," one visitor said.
Another attendee expressed that the festival provided an excellent opportunity for a deeper understanding of Chinese cuisine, allowing them to "truly experience the authentic flavours of hotpot."
"This industry is likely to be a trend for the future, partly because its supply chain is more refined and can be standardised. Once it is standardised, it can be continuously replicated, allowing for growth and expansion," he added.
