Several thousands of women joined an unauthorised rally called "Women peace march" on Saturday in Minsk to protest against the presidential election results.
Activists could be seen holding white-red-white flags and "Pahonia" coat of arms, chanting: "Long live Belarus!", "You sold your nation!", "We do not need to be escorted!" and "Go away".
Protesters reached the Independence square where they were met by law enforcement agents, who prevented activists from moving further.
