Tennis star Novak Djokovic was seen training at a closed session, in footage released by Tennis Australia, in the Rod Laver Arena on Tuesday.

The world number one men’s tennis player won his legal battle with the Australian government over his visa on Monday. Djokovic could still be deported however as Immigration Minister Alex Hawke is considering implementing his personal powers of cancellation.

Djokovic is also under investigation from immigration authorities for potentially lying on his entry form. The form stipulates that an arriving passenger has not travelled or will not travel in the 14 days before arrival to Australia. Footage has emerged online of Djokovic in Spain, pulling his declaration on that form into question.

The Serbian intends to defend his Australian Open title in Melbourne later this month.
