A 10-year-old girl was ecstatic after being handed England player Mason Mount's shirt after their European Championship semi-finals match against Denmark on Wednesday, as seen at the girl's house in Bromley, London on Saturday.

Belle McNally, the lucky recipient of the shirt, can be seen trying the shirt on, as well as displaying the England flag with his name written on that was used to catch his attention.

"My uncle lent his England flag to me and my dad, and this really nice lady gave us a felt-tip pen, and me and my dad wrote Mason Mount on it. When they came out to warm up, we held the flag up and he actually noticed us before the game started, and then after the game we went back to the front, and we held it up and he noticed us again after the game, and gave the shirt to me," explained McNally.

Images of McNally's tears of joy upon receiving the shirt quickly went viral on the internet, shooting her to overnight stardom.

"That was the best day of my life, I was just so happy I don't know how to put it into words. It's just amazing," said McNally about the experience.

When asked for her thoughts on Sunday's Euro 2020 final between England and Italy, McNally predicated that the game would end 2-1 to England.
