Afghanistan’s acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi said after the Moscow talks on Afghanistan on Wednesday that the sides in the talks have come to an agreement on many issues, so their "diplomatic relations would improve to a normal state."

He explained that the negotiators were committed to restoring stability and security in the country, as well as the absence of poverty.

"Everyone agreed that Afghanistan’s money should be released because this money belongs to the people of Afghanistan and with this money, the problems of the agents and the people can be solved," Khan Muttaqi added. "It was agreed that there would be no war, no disputes and no one would be allowed to interfere," he added.

The participants of the meeting also agreed to provide humanitarian aid to the people of Afghanistan and to enable people to receive this aid.

"Everyone also agrees that they would provide humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan and they all provide a lot of opportunities to get aid to Afghanistan," the country's FM said.

The third meeting of the Moscow format of consultations on Afghanistan took place in the Russian capital on Wednesday.
