"The first anniversary of the martyrdom of the leaders of victory comes out today from the holy lands of Karbala (province), the land of martyrs," said Office Manager of Al-Nujaba paramilitary group Cleric Majed Al-Kaabi.
Al-Muhandis and Iranian Revolutionary Guards' Quds Force leader Soleimani were both assassinated by the Trump administration almost a year ago on their way to the airport in Baghdad.
The January 3 incident was carried out for Soleimani's alleged masterminding attacks by Iran-aligned militias on US forces in the Middle East.
