Deputy foreign ministers of Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France held a 'Normandy Four' meeting at Villa Borsig in Berlin, Tuesday, to discuss the progress of the Donbass settlement and the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
The Ukrainian delegation was led by the country's First Deputy Foreign Minister Vadim Prystaiko. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigori Karasin also participated in the meeting.
The compliance with the ceasefire accord and fulfillment of other commitments outlined in the Minsk agreements were reportedly top of the agenda.
