٠٠:٠٢:٤٠Ecuadorian Foreign Minister Jose Valencia alleged that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange committed a number of 'hostile' acts during his seven-year stay inside the Ecuadorian embassy in London, while addressing the National Assembly of Ecuador in Quito on Thursday.
Valencia said that the activist showed aggressive behaviour towards the embassy staff, even saying he "hit and mistreated employees of the Embassy."
He also accused Assange of "meddling in the security archives" of the Embassy and attempting to hack the security equipment, including microphones and cameras.
"Permanently, since the protocol started, Mr. Assange accused the ambassador and officials of spying on him to give the information to the US and their security agencies, which means accusing them of a crime without proof", Valencia stated.
Ecuador's government revoked Assange's asylum claim on Thursday, allowing London Police to arrest him inside the embassy's premises and bring to an end his seven-year stay in the building.
