According to media reports, at least two thousand government supporters gathered at the Palace of Culture for the Railway Workers, listening to the concert and chanting "Long live Belarus."
At the same time, hundreds of Lukashenko’s opponents went out in Independence Square to form a circle while chanting slogans.
